With over 11 years of experience in continental, English, Arabic, Indian, and Asian cuisines, I am passionate about creating memorable dining experiences. The Culinary Voyage
My culinary path begun back in 2013 in Chennai. I started from scratch as a trainee. it was very challenging and new for me and also the best experience of my life.
moving forward worked for Marriott international in India which offer me an opportunity to work abroad for the same establishment.
there I experienced the soul of Arabic cuisine. flavourful, rich, delightful, similar yet different. I didn't even realized how I spent my 6-7 years in Bahrain I guess I was in love with the diversity I found there. I got to be the part of many establishments such as Jumeirah group, Raheem holdings, Shakespeare and co.
Then I moved back to India for another beautiful opportunity in Delhi. being a Maharashtrian I was never that close to North Indian food and that wish came true when I moved to Delhi.
What an experience I must say. the power Indian cuisine holds is very mesmerizing.
My palate was thriving and so am I.
lived a lot of events almost all the Indian cultural festivals and set menus, private dining and banquet events.
now once again I am on a culinary voyage and this time it led me to the land of another diverse culture. United kingdom offered me a close exposure on British cuisine and trust me it is interesting!
